Job Description
Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring an experienced Warehouse Helper.
Position: Warehouse Helper
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $18 - $23/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, PTO

Warehouse Helper Position Summary:
The Warehouse Helper is responsible for assisting facilitation of warehouse activities and operations. This position is responsible for all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization within the warehouse.
Job Requirements
Warehouse Helper Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with electronic inventory control systems is highly preferred.
- Basic safety knowledge of ladders, tools, and surroundings.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Learn and follow company quality standards and core values.
- Punctual, dependable, and hard worker with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
