Position: Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver
Location: Portland, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Compensation: $20 - $21 /hr
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid for by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Warehouse Driver Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Person/Delivery Driver, you’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day logistics that keep our installation and service departments running smoothly. From transporting parts and equipment to job sites, to organizing deliveries and maintaining warehouse order, your work ensures our field teams are set up for success. This entry-level position is perfect for someone seeking to gain experience in the HVAC industry and grow their career from the ground up.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Insurable under company insurance policy
- Able to carry up to 100 lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of safety and tools
- Willingness to follow instructions and assist in various tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset with a commitment to learning
- Construction or trade experience preferred, but not required
- Enthusiastic about ongoing training and development
