Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Eugene, OR and surrounding service areas
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (Hours vary depending on business needs; overtime may be required)
Pay: $25 - $30/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, company-provided vehicle and uniforms
Position Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician with Associated Heating and Air Conditioning you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and ductless systems for our valued customers. This role requires excellent technical skills, clear communication, and a dedication to getting the job done right the first time. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and ductless systems efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain repair recommendations
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Keep company vehicles and workspaces organized and clean
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and ductless systems
- Participate in company-provided training and team meetings

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC experience, relevant experience, or relevant education
- Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
