Job Title: Service Dispatcher
Location: Spokane, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (some overtime may be required)
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance fully covered by the employer, 401K with up to 4% employer match, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Position Summary:
As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the daily schedules of our service technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include dispatching technicians to service calls, managing customer communications, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, keeping them informed about their service requests and ensuring a smooth workflow within the service department.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills with a strong ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills and geographical knowledge of the service area
- Basic computer proficiency and a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field
- Familiarity with the HVAC industry and advanced Microsoft Office skills are preferred
