Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay: $100,000 - $115,000, plus annual incentive bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-time, Remote work opportunity

Senior Financial Analyst Position Summary:
The Senior Finance Analyst will work intimately with financial & operational data at SEER to provide insights to decision-makers. This hands-on, individual contributor role will report to the VP of Finance and provide data analytics support to the finance, operations, M&A, and integration teams. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will play an important role in integrating new acquisitions into SEER’s business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and reliable financial insights and projections to the VP of FP&A and exec team.
- Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
- Discover and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support in the due diligence process during both pre & post LOI periods.
- Assist the corporate finance team with the integration of new acquisitions onto the SEER platform.
- Assist with budgeting/planning process and reporting.
Job Requirements
Senior Financial Analyst Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience within corporate finance and/or accounting.
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles and experience developing financial reports and three-statement modeling.
- The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Engaging interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
- Self-directed & Action focused: Consistently assess, strategize, and execute on what needs to be done, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel, data cleansing & modeling skills.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
