Job Description
Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, one of Puget Sound Energy's select heating and air conditioner contractors and five-time recipient of its Platinum Achievement Award is immediately hiring a Scheduling Coordinator.
Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Lakewood, WA
Pay: $19 - $21 /hr(DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, morning shift, hours vary
Benefits: 401(k) with a 4% employer match. Medical, Dental, and Vision –100% paid for by the employer. Paid Holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Scheduling Coordinator Position Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator provides support to a company’s sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson.

Job Requirements
Scheduling Coordinator Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 6 months of previous scheduling experience is preferred.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent required
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
