Position: Residential HVAC Sales Representative
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation: This is a commission-only role with expected annual earnings ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, based on performance. The position offers an uncapped commission structure, allowing high performers to continue growing their income without limits.

Position Summary:
As a Residential HVAC Sales Representative, you will design, estimate, and sell complete heating and cooling systems while overseeing each project from initial consultation through installation. You’ll be the trusted advisor guiding homeowners through options and ensuring they receive the best solutions for comfort, safety, efficiency, and budget.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

3+ years of in-home sales experience (preferred).

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred).

Strong understanding of residential HVAC design and Washington State Energy Code.

Ability to identify and resolve installation issues.

Computer and mobile estimating proficiency.

Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
