Brower Mechanical servicing Northern California with its heating, air conditioning, and solar needs for over 40 years, is looking for a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!
Job Title: Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Pay: $18 - $22/hr (DOE)
Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Extras: Company uniforms. HVAC precision tools and gages. Company vehicle to commute from job to job. Company cell phone.

Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician Position Summary:
The Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of residential air conditioning and heating HVAC systems.

Job Requirements
Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of previous HVAC maintenance tech experience
- EPA-certified and CFC-universal qualified
- R-22 and R-410 certified
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, meters, and other hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
