Brower Mechanical, servicing the Sacramento, Northern California, residential and commercial HVAC market for over 40 years, is looking for an HVAC Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Job Title: HVAC Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote - (Must reside in the state of California)
Pay: $$20 - $30 hourly (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm or Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm,
Position Type: Full-time
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, Dental, and Vision–100% paid for by the employer, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave.
HVAC Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative Position Summary:
The Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative is Responsible for securing sales and service appointments for new and existing customers by accurately and professionally representing our products and services through high-volume outbound calls.
Job Requirements
HVAC Remote Outbound Customer Service Rep Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- MUST LIVE IN CALIFORNIA
- Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience or similar in a related field like Plumbing or Propane customer service/dispatcher Required
- High speed internet 30 MBPS or higher, own computer, headset Required
- Must be able to work Saturdays when needed
- Ability to manage various projects and work tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully selling HVAC products and services.
- Strong computer use competency
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
