Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Pay: $17 - $19/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-time

Receptionist Position Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients, visitors, and guests, answering, screening, directing phone calls, and receiving mail, documents, and packages. Performing general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, copying, and data entry. All other duties as assigned.

Receptionist Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Receptionist is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Ability to transfer phone calls to different employees and departments
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
