Job Description
The Paid Ads Manager will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft Ads (Bing). You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to maximize ROI and meet company objectives.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000/annual

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities of the Paid Ads Manager:
Campaign Management:
- Develop, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Video), Facebook, Instagram, and others, aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and utilize advanced targeting options like audience lists, remarketing, and location targeting to inform paid search campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy, establish bidding strategies, and implement A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to meet and exceed KPIs and maximize conversions.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) using data-driven insights.
- Adjust strategies and budgets based on performance data to optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

- Develop and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies for effective reach and engagement.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Utilize business acumen to understand client needs and identify opportunities to grow relationships and investments.
- Comfortable Working with others on the marketing team to accomplish the needs of the brands they represent. (i.e. Content Changes, Promotions, etc.)

Job Requirements
Paid Ads Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in paid media and search engine marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $5,000 to $50,000
Expertise:
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Video), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) to achieve and surpass client objectives.
- Specialized skills in advanced keyword research and targeting strategies, utilizing industry-leading tools such as SEMRush, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics to enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness.
- Proficiency with Google Scripts, comfortable automating tasks and optimizing workflows using Google Apps Script.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media ads marketing best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart building.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends, platforms, and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player capable of working effectively across different teams and departments in a remote environment.
- Extremely well-organized, able to balance client timelines and business needs across multiple clients.
- Ability to manage expectations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
Nice To Haves:
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, and/or Meta certification is a plus.
- Experience with managing campaigns in the Home Services space is a plus.
