Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Tigard, OR
Pay: $28- $40/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs

Lead Residential HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Lead Residential HVAC Installer will install heating and air conditioning equipment in the homes of our valued residential customers. This position involves the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components. Additionally, the Lead Installer will lead installers to ensure that our exceptional standards are upheld and that projects are completed within the designated timeframe.

Job Duties

  • Install HVAC equipment into residential customer homes
  • Equipment troubleshooting, installation, start-up, operation, and other
  • Installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential buildings
  • Ensure functionality of thermostats to control the HVAC system is operational
  • Measuring ductwork
  • Installation of all equipment accessories
  • Perform simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
  • Braze line sets
  • Test line sets, evacuate and charge systems
  • Load all necessary materials and equipment required for each job into the company vehicle
  • Follow all safety and training per company policy and procedure
  • Ensure that the company vehicle is maintained and in operating order
  • Participate and attend all required employee meetings and training
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

 Lead Residential HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 4+ years of HVAC experience
  • Valid EPA Certification
  • Proficient in furnace installation
  • Ability to lead a team of junior installers
  • Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
  • Must be able to lift 100lbs
  • Comfortable working from ladders 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
