Barton Boys Heating & Air Conditioning, the region’s only Factory Authorized Bryant Dealer and one of the most trusted HVAC contractors in Spokane, is hiring a Lead HVAC Service Technician.
Position: Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: Spokane Valley, WA 99212
Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of the job)
Compensation: $30 - $40/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match

Lead HVAC Service Technician Summary:
The HVAC service technician’s role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.

Job Requirements
Lead HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 10+ years of previous HVAC service tech experience
- NATE certified
- CFC universal qualified
- R-22 and R-410 certified
- Provide direction to team members as needed
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, meters, and other hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
