Job Description
Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician.
Position: Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation:$35 - $50/hr (DOE), plus monthly bonuses

Extras: Paid uniform service, and company truck. Education assistance U.T.A./NATE/Carrier University. Year-round work, and 75+ hours per year of in-house training.

Lead HVAC Technician Position Summary:
The Technician will install HVAC equipment in residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
Lead HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 4-5 years of HVAC experience
- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment and accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28’ and possibly higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
