Job Description
Brower Mechanical, servicing the Sacramento, Northern California residential and commercial HVAC market for over 40 years, is looking for a professional, and team-oriented Lead HVAC Residential Installer to join our growing team.
Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Pay: $35 - $45+/hr (DOE)
Schedule: M-F 6:30 AM- 5:00 PM
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Extras: Company-issued uniform, vehicle to commute from job to job, and cell phone. HVAC precision tools and gages assistance.

Lead HVAC Residential Installer Position Summary:
The Lead HVAC Residential Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
Lead HVAC Residential Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Must have a valid EPA-certification
- Ability to measure ductwork and install all equipment and accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
