Job Description
Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC contractor in the Greater Spokane area for more than 85 years, is immediately hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer.
Position: Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation: $25 - $45/hr (DOE)

Lead HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including packaged rooftop units, split systems, evaporation coolers, exhaust fans, water heaters, ductless, and controls.

Job Requirements
Lead HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for the HVAC Installer:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- EPA Type II (Required)
- Proficient in furnace installation
- Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
- Test line sets evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of customer service
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift a minimum of 75lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
