Job Title: Lead Generator - HVAC
Location: Silverdale, WA
Pay: $18 - $20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Sunday, Hours Vary
Position Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available

Lead Generator Position Summary:
The Lead Generator is responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores. The Lead Generator will gather and input interested customers' information into the tracking system to begin the bid process.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide manager with consumer feedback and information for recaps.
• Knowledgeable of key brand information, brand points, and educate consumers on products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Must be able to work on your fee for extended periods of time.
• Responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores.
• Build productive relationships with store associates.
• Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and comfort level speaking with the public.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• High school diploma and/or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written communication skills
