Job Title: Lead Commercial HVAC Installer
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $25 - $45(DOE) + Bonus Up To $5,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Position Summary:
This role requires expertise in installing packaged rooftop units, split systems, and ductless controls, along with the ability to lead projects and mentor team members. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform commercial HVAC installations per specifications.
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including packaged rooftop units, split systems, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, water heaters, and ductless controls.
- Measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories.
- Complete low-voltage and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
- Test line sets, evacuate, and charge systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certificate.
- Valid EAP Certification and a clean driver's license.
- Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficient in furnace installation and knowledgeable about HVAC parts and their functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing ladders.
- Basic math skills and ability to meet short deadlines.
