Job Description
Specialty Heating & Cooling, a 13x Carrier President Award winner, is hiring an experienced Installation Coordinator immediately.
Position: Installation Coordinator
Location: Tigard, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $21 - $24/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid for by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Installation Coordinator Position Summary:
The Installation Coordinator assists the Install Operations Manager with daily tasks that enable the busy installation department to run smoothly.

Job Requirements
Installation Coordinator Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry a plus
- Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Experience using scheduling software preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
