Job Description
Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Field Manager to join our growing team!
Position: HVAC Install Field Manager
Work Location: Lakewood, WA
Job Type: Full Time, Exempt
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (some weekend availability may be required)
Responsibilities
- Communicates with supervisors and other departments, if necessary, regarding the solution of escalated technical and/or customer service-related problem areas.
- Possesses good customer communication and satisfaction skills.
- Reports to manager product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary supported documentation ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
- Help get all installers to 5 star reviews.
- Checks in with install crews throughout the day to make sure that they are on track to complete the job.
- Provides on site training for all new install leads/helpers as well as let Operations Manager know installers that could benefit from going to training center.
- Assists on installs as needed.
- Inspects jobs with installers at the beginning of each day to make sure that all necessary equipment is provided

Install Field Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to keep composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines.
- Position requires excellent leadership skills in order to enhance team productivity and work-related standards.
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientated focus.
- This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written communication skills, in addition to well-developed conflict resolution skills
