Job Description
Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring a career-oriented, driven HVAC Technician to join our team.
Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: El Cerrito, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: $25 - $45/hr (DOE) + Bonuses + Commission

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.

Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of previous experience performing preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
- EPA-Universal Refrigerant Handling License (within 90 days).
- Nate-Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications (within 1 Year of employment-WE PAY FOR IT!).
- Carrier Infinity System and other communicating systems experience a Plus.
- Experience diagnosing Air Conditioning, Heating, Water heaters, Mini-splits, Heat Pumps, Tank, and Tankless water heater systems.
- Valid Driver's license and clean insurable driving record.
