Spokane Comfort Systems has an immediate opening for a HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team!
Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Spokane, WA
Pay: $30 - $40/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of the job)
Position Type: Full Time
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid for by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid holidays, Vacation, and WA Paid sick leave.

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Inspect, maintain, repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair system issues
- Clean, adjust and repair systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Installation of system accessories such as thermostats, whole house air purifiers and start assists
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and warranty services as needed
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Promote and offer system accessories and services that will help keep the systems in top working order
- Conduct performance tests and adjust systems settings accordingly
- Offer and promote the benefits system maintenance contracts to the homeowner
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools and safety equipment on the vehicle

Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician's Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of previous HVAC service tech experience
- 06A License
- Mech 1 certification
- EPA certified
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, meters and other hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoor in the elements
- Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record
