Job Description
Barton Boys Heating & Air Conditioning, the region’s only Factory Authorized Bryant Dealer and one of the most trusted HVAC contractors in Spokane, is hiring for HVAC Service Technicians.
Position: Service Technician
Location: Spokane Valley, WA 99212
Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of the job)
Compensation: $22 - $28/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% paid by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match
Extras: Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Company-issued vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, and HVAC precision tools.

HVAC Service Technician Summary:
The HVAC service Technician’s role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 3 years of previous HVAC service tech experience
- NATE and CFC-Universal qualified
- R-22 and R-410 certified
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, meters, and other hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
