Job Description
Puyallup Heating and Air Conditioning, a top 3% Carrier Authorized Factory Dealer in the U.S., is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to serve residential and light commercial customers across Pierce County.
Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Puyallup, WA
Pay: $25 - $32 /hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with OT as needed

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, non-selling field service role focused on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our clients. As a Service Technician, you'll work independently and as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional service, troubleshoot complex issues, and support customers in making informed decisions about their HVAC systems. This full-time position typically runs Monday through Friday with some evening work and participation in a weekend on-call rotation as business needs require.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC service tech experience.

NATE certified; CFC universal and R410/R454 qualified.

Able to lift/move at least 75 lbs independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and all weather.

Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Tech-savvy (able to use tablets for work assignments).

Drug-free, background-clear, and team-oriented.
