Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Scappoose, OR
Pay: $30 - $45/hr (DOE) + SPIFFs
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining and repairing various residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair system issues
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Installation of system accessories such as thermostats, whole house air purifiers, and start assist
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and warranty services as needed
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Promote and offer system accessories and services that will help keep the systems in top working order
- Conduct performance tests and adjust systems settings accordingly
- Offer and promote the benefits system maintenance contracts to the homeowner
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle

Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 1 year of previous HVAC service tech experience
- CFC universal qualified
- R-22 and R-410 certified
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, meters, and other hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
