Now, we’re looking for a Service Technician who wants to grow with us and help keep homes comfortable—right the first time.
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, alternating Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM + OvertimeBase
Pay Range: $52,000 – $75,000 annually (depending on experience) + performance-based incentives (spiffs)
Earning Potential: Top performers currently earn $100,000+ annually through incentives.
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave.
Extras: Company-issued uniforms, tool allowance, vehicle to commute from job to job, and gas card.
Position Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician with Aladdin, you'll be a trusted expert—performing installations, maintenance, and repairs across a diverse service area. You’ll wield top-tier tools, supported by an advanced Customer Service Information System and GPS-dispatched fleet. From routine tune-ups to custom system solutions, you’ll deliver accuracy, quality, and unbeatable customer care.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For

3+ years HVAC service experience

CFC Universal certification (NATE preferred)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs
