HVAC Service Technician – Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC.
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, alternating Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Overtime
Pay Range: $52,000–$75,000/year + Spiffs

What You’ll Do
As a Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Aladdin—delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to residential and light commercial customers. Your responsibilities include:
- Inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Performing preventative maintenance and warranty services
- Installing system accessories (thermostats, air purifiers, etc.)
- Promoting maintenance agreements and system enhancements
- Conducting performance tests and ensuring optimal system operation
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory on your service vehicle

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- NATE certification preferred
- CFC Universal certification
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
