Job Description
Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, independently and locally owned Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician.
Position: Service Technician
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: $25- $42/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The service technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 1 year of previous HVAC service tech experience
- NATE certified
- CFC universal qualified
- R-22 and R-410 certified
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, meters and other hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoor in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver license and insurable driving record
