Mike’s Mechanical is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians. Servicing the Lewis & Clark Valley for over 30 years with an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, we're looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team!
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Lewiston, ID 83501
Pay: $28 - $40 /hr - Includes $10,000 hiring bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave.
Extras: Company-issued uniforms, tool allowance, vehicle to commute from job to job, and gas card.

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician's role is to provide excellent customer service while providing maintenance and repairs on a variety of both residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.

Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 1 year of previous HVAC service tech experience
- CFC universal qualified
- R-22 and R-410 certified
- Must be able to lift/move a minimum of 100lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools, meters, and other hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record
