Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Colfax, WA
Pay: $25 - $35/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, with on-call rotation required
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision – 100% paid for by the employer. 401k with a 4% company match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
Position Summary:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residential and light commercial clients. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will help diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service technician experience
- Completion of an HVAC program and possession of an EPA card
- Spokane gas fitter's license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Electrical trainee card or 06-A electric license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Must be available for on-call rotation within 90 days
- Proficient in using electric meters for diagnostics
- General understanding of heating equipment operations and refrigeration cycles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
