Maki Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Auburn, CA
Pay: $29- $50 /hr (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with OT as needed.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician performs mechanical duties in the inspection, repair, installation, and alteration of central heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related equipment. Diagnoses and repairs issues that arise on client's equipment promotes and offers system accessories that will benefit the customer.
Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
- NATE certified preferred but not required.
- CFC universal qualified and certified R-22 and R-410 preferred but not required.
- Ability to promote accessory sales.
- Able to work independently in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Owners Debbie and Kyle Dahl met in the early 1990s and started working for a local Auburn, CA, heating and air conditioning company. They were soon bought out by a large corporation in Texas. Kyle and Debbie then moved to another small, privately owned HVAC company - before long, they were eaten up by a large corporate chain.
