Nolan Heating & Air, a Certified Carrier Comfort Specialist Dealer is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician Apprentice
Position: HVAC Service Technician Apprentice
Location: Colfax, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $20 /hr
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Employer Match, PTO

HVAC Install Helper Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician Apprentice will provide routine maintenance and service to residential and commercial customers as well as diagnosis issues, provide solutions and repair equipment as needed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in the Diagnosis and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pump, geo unit and ductless mini-splits, fireplaces, etc.
- Communicate with customers by providing options for repairs, system upgrades and maintenance agreements.
- Maintain stock, parts, tools and safety equipment in the parts room and service truck.
- Learn Service Titan program to complete customer work orders. Record parts, materials, labor and travel charges for billing.
- Travel to job sites and communicate regularly with dispatch for updates or changes to the schedule.
Job Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28' and possibly higher
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record
