Position: HVAC Sales Representative
Location: Snohomish County & North King County, WA
Compensation: $100,000/year (Dependent on Experience) + Commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with flexibility to meet business needs; some weekends may be required)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the HVAC Sales Representative Role: As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and driving HVAC sales within your designated territory. Your expertise in HVAC products and solutions will help homeowners improve energy efficiency and comfort while saving money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to maximize HVAC sales opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of HVAC products tailored to customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the HVAC industry.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proficient presentation and public speaking skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in HVAC sales.
