Position: HVAC Sales Representative
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation: Base + Commission
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential HVAC market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively educate clients and provide informed recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Job Requirements
Required Experience
- 3+ years of B2C sales experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in residential HVAC sales
- Experience working with Service Titan
- Knowledge of the Portland and Vancouver area locations and boroughs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, able to ensure accurate and thorough documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with service technicians and other team members to optimize service delivery.
