All Fuel Installation & Services seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems. The primary responsibility of the HVAC Sales Representative will be to generate new leads, cultivate client relationships, and drive sales of HVAC products and services..


Position: HVAC Sales Representative
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Compensation: Base + Commission

Responsibilities

 

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential HVAC market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively educate clients and provide informed recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Job Requirements

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of B2C sales experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in residential HVAC sales
  • Experience working with Service Titan
  • Knowledge of the Portland and Vancouver area locations and boroughs

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, able to ensure accurate and thorough documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with service technicians and other team members to optimize service delivery.
