Position: HVAC Sales Coordinator
Location: Kirkland, WA (100% in office) – Free, onsite parking provided
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; some weekend availability may be required
Compensation: $22 - $26/hr
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance – Employer pays 100% of employee premium, 401K, 7 Holidays, and PTO.

HVAC Sales Coordinator Position Summary:
The HVAC Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming leads and maintaining customer lead records in our CRM system. The HVAC Sales Coordinator will report to the Sales Manager. They will primarily work with Sales Team Members but will also work in cooperation with other departments and employees as needed.
Job Requirements
HVAC Sales Coordinator Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Data entry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan or other CRM systems is considered a plus
- Kirkland, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
