Job Description
Element Heating and Cooling is looking for an HVAC Residential Installer to add to our team. We have two Locations - Twin Falls, ID and Burley, ID.
Job Title: HVAC Residential Installer
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Pay: $19 - $30/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance –100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and birthdays.

HVAC Residential Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Residential Installer will install HVAC equipment into residential customers' homes. This includes equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.

Job Requirements
HVAC Residential Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 1 year of HVAC experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
