As a Residential Estimator (Outside Sales Consultant), you’ll be a key player driving new business—helping clients find the right solutions for their homes and ensuring each project is accurately scoped and smoothly executed.
Job Title: HVAC Residential Estimator/Outside Sales
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Pay: $30,000-$40,000 + Commissions
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Summary:
You’ll meet with residential customers to assess HVAC and plumbing needs, develop detailed estimates, and manage sales through to project completion. Success in this role comes from combining technical understanding with outstanding communication and trust-building.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC and plumbing needs.

Prepare accurate estimates and proposals covering equipment, materials, and labor.

Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and installers to ensure quality and compliance.

Educate customers on system options, warranties, and financing opportunities.

Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction from estimate to completion.

Track sales activity, maintain records, and contribute to sales plan development.

Stay informed on product innovations, codes, and industry best practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (HVAC/plumbing preferred).

Solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional integrity and confidentiality.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Comfortable performing light physical tasks and site visits.
