Job Description
All Fuel Installation & Services is seeking an Experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician.
Position: HVAC Lead Service Technician
Location: Troutdale, Oregon
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $28 - $40 /hr (DOE)

The Lead Service Technician is responsible for acting as a lead for the installation, servicing & repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Job Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5+ years of previous HVAC service tech or maintenance experience.
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to lift 100lbs or more
- Must have strong time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, snow, ice, sun)
- Able to navigate stairs and other uneven surfaces, sometimes while carrying heavy items
- Ability to work on a ladder, roof, in attics and crawl spaces
