Job Description
Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC contractor in the Greater Spokane area for more than 85 years, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Service Technician.
Position: Lead Service Technician
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $32 - $46/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

HVAC Lead Service Technician Position Summary:
The HVAC Lead Service Technician provides maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians Levels 1-3

Job Requirements
HVAC Lead Service Technician Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 4-5 years of HVAC experience
- Must have a valid EPA certification
- Nate Certification
- Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment and accessories
- Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
- Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders that are 28’ and possibly higher
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Have all tools required for Service Technicians Levels 1-4
