Spokane Comfort Systems has an immediate opening for a LEAD HVAC INSTALLER to join our growing team!
Position: Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Spokane, WA
Pay: $30 - $35/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (must be flexible to customer needs and length of the job)
Position Type: Full Time
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 100% paid for by the employer, 401K with up to a 4% employer match, Paid holidays, Vacation, and WA Paid sick leave.

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Lead HVAC Residential Installer's primary responsibility is to install HVAC equipment in residential customers' homes, including various equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components.
Job Requirements
Lead HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Must have 06A license
- Must have valid EPA certification & Mech1 license
- A positive attitude
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable working from ladders
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
