Job Description
Evergreen Gas, the North West's #1 leading provider in HVAC Installation and Services, is immediately hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer.
Position: HVAC Lead Installer
Location: Sherwood, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; with some on-call as needed
Compensation: $20 - $35/hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO

HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Lead Installer is responsible for installing heating and air conditioning equipment into residential customers homes. This includes equipment such as: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers and other related components. The Lead Installer will also lead the work of junior installers to maintain our high quality and timely job performance.
Job Requirements
HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5+ years experience in HVAC installation
- Valid EPA certification
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
- Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
- Proficient in Furnace, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Ductless Mini Split, Gas Lines, and Hearth Installations
- Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting 75+ pounds
- Proficient in using Apple products
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
