Position Title: HVAC Installer – Level 4 Lead Installer
Pay: $34-$42 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends as needed
Location: Portland, OR

Position Summary:
As an HVAC Installer – Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork to our company standards. Your expertise in HVAC will ensure that our customers receive a high-quality experience. You will work closely with our team, utilizing your skills in installation, safety, and customer service to deliver outstanding results. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the HVAC industry.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Skills and practical knowledge equivalent to previous levels in HVAC installation
- Must be insurable by the company
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to participate in training, including NATE certification
- Basic safety knowledge and ability to use tools safely
- Physical capability to carry 100 lbs overhead and perform manual tasks
- NATE Core Certification and two or more NATE Specialty Certifications preferred
- EPA Certification and a High School Diploma or GED required
