Columbia NW Heating – The Home Depot Service Provider is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic In-Store HVAC Lead Generator to represent our brand inside America’s #1 Home Improvement retailer.
You will be the first point of contact for customers exploring home comfort solutions. Your goal is simple: engage shoppers, spark conversations, share helpful information, and schedule in-home consultations with our expert technicians. No selling, pressure, or closing required — just genuine connection and helpful guidance.
Position: HVAC Lead Generator
Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Type: Part-Time; Wednesday – Saturday (25–30 hours/week) 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Range: $21 – $25/Hour plus Bonus – Base Pay DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Be the Face of the Brand: Warmly greet and engage shoppers, representing The
Home Depot with professionalism and authenticity. - Set Appointments with Ease: Use our user-friendly mobile app to book in-home
consultations for HVAC evaluations—no sales pitches required. - Educate & Inform: Distribute brochures and explain the benefits of our HVAC
products and services in a clear, friendly way. - Collect Customer Insights: Capture feedback and share insights that help improve
customer experience and engagement. - Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth
follow-up and high-quality customer interactions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- This role is active and customer-facing. You must be comfortable standing and walking for
extended periods. - Strong communication and people skills - you are comfortable striking up
conversations and engaging diverse audiences. - Participating in frequent conversations in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable using a tablet and smartphone to enter customer information and schedule
appointments. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must pass a drug screen and background check.
