Job Title: Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Tukwila, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20 - $25/hr (DOE) + Commission

Position Overview: Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service to our HVAC clients, addressing their needs, resolving grievances, and recommending tailored solutions. Your expertise will also play a crucial role in generating maintenance service sales for our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to HVAC clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Utilize your inside sales skills to promote and sell our HVAC maintenance services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a strong focus on HVAC-related services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
