Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Tigard, OR
Pay: $30- $35 /hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Lead Installer Position Summary:
As an HVAC Installer, you'll be the frontline expert responsible for high-quality installations in residential homes. From furnaces and heat pumps to ductwork and thermostats, you’ll ensure every system is set up to perform — efficiently, safely, and with top-tier craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of HVAC install experience

• Valid EPA Certification

• Strong furnace installation skills

• Proven ability to lead a crew

• Excellent mechanical and customer service skills

• Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work on 28’+ ladders

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
