Position Title: HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $29-$40/hr (DOE) + SPIFFS
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends as needed
Location: Scappoose, OR

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that every job is done with professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction in mind.
What You’ll Do

Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating units, AC units, ventilation, and thermostats.

Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Represent the company with professionalism, providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For

2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience.

EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.

Valid driver's license.

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Physical ability to lift 100+ lbs, work in varied weather, and access roofs, attics, and crawl spaces.
