Job Title: HVAC Residential Lead Installer
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm (flexibility required)
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, with bonus and overtime opportunities

Position Summary:
As a HVAC Residential Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems in residential homes. You will troubleshoot installation issues, ensure the functionality of HVAC systems, and maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Valid EPA certification
- Proficient in measuring ductwork and installing equipment
- Ability to test and braze line sets, evacuate, and charge systems
- Experience with low and high voltage connections on HVAC units
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work from heights
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
