Position: HVAC Service Tech
Location: Redmond, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $22 - $28 /hr (DOE)
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 100% paid by the employer. Accident, supplemental life insurance, and critical illness policies at the employee’s expense. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.

Position Summary:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be the trusted expert our customers rely on to keep their homes comfortable year-round. In this role, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide variety of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, and ductless mini-splits. You’ll also educate customers about proactive solutions, upgrades, and maintenance agreements, building long-term trust and delivering exceptional service. With the support of a dedicated service team and the latest tools at your disposal, you’ll have the resources to succeed while working independently in the field.
What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform preventive maintenance and document equipment details

Provide expert recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans

Maintain accurate job records and communicate effectively with the office

Ensure company vehicles are stocked with parts, tools, and safety gear

Deliver an excellent customer experience at every appointment

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a residential HVAC service technician

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Physical ability to lift 100+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environments
