Position: HVAC Service Tech & Plumber (PL02)
Location: Puyallup, WA
Pay: $30 - $50 /hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with OT as needed

What You'll Be Doing:
As a valued part of our team, you’ll provide residential HVAC and plumbing services across our service area — from repairing heating and cooling systems to diagnosing leaks and installing new fixtures. You’ll work directly with customers, identify solutions, and deliver peace of mind with every job.
You’ll be responsible for:

Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless)

Performing preventative maintenance and recommending upgrades

Plumbing installations and repairs (toilets, water heaters, leaks, piping)

Maintaining accurate documentation and customer communication via iPad

Working independently or in a team across King, Pierce, Kitsap, and neighboring counties
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

PL02 Washington State Plumbing License (Required)

Experience with HVAC diagnostics and repair

3+ years in residential plumbing or HVAC preferred

Valid WA State Driver’s License

Comfortable in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and all weather conditions
