HVAC Installer – Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC.
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends) | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on job needs)
Pay Range: $52,000–$75,000/year + Spiffs

What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing high-quality HVAC systems in residential homes. You’ll work with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Installing HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, etc.)
- Troubleshooting installation and start-up issues
- Installing flex and sheet metal ductwork
- Loading and transporting materials and equipment
- Following all safety protocols and company procedures

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification (preferred)
- Ability to measure, cut, and install ductwork and accessories
- Skilled in brazing, charging systems, and electrical connections
- Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
